Refund Policy

ScaffQuote offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@scaffquote.co.uk and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

What happens next

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to show the credit.
• Your subscription is cancelled when a refund is issued, and access ends at that point.

Trials and cancellations

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
