Company registration and VAT

ScaffQuote UK is operated by a sole trader and is not a registered company, so there is no Companies House registration number or registered office to display. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT number applies and no UK VAT is added by us to subscription prices. Prices shown on our pricing page are in pounds sterling (GBP). Where tax is due in your own country, it is calculated and collected at checkout by our Merchant of Record (below). If our status changes, for example on incorporation or on crossing the VAT registration threshold, this page will be updated.

What we sell

ScaffQuote UK provides subscription access to online software that helps UK scaffolding contractors produce priced, branded quotation documents and related paperwork. It is a digital service delivered online; there is no physical product and no on-site work carried out by us. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, invoicing and sales-tax compliance are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email hello@scaffquote.co.uk with the detail and your account email and we will respond within five working days. Billing and refund disputes can also be raised directly with Paddle at paddle.net.
